This Privacy Policy explains how Jehero handles information when you use the Jehero iOS app. Jehero is a photo pixelation and image editing tool that lets users import images, adjust pixel block effects, crop images, keep local editing history, export images, and unlock certain digital features through in-app purchases.
This policy applies to information processed through the app and related support channels. It does not apply to websites, services, or payment systems operated by third parties.
2. Information You Choose to Provide
Jehero may process photos, files, edits, export settings, saved history, and other content that you choose to import, create, or save in the app. The app is designed to use this information to provide editing, preview, storage, and export features.
If you contact us for support, we may process the information you include in your message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and a description of your request.
3. Device, App, and Purchase Information
We may process basic device and app information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, language settings, diagnostic information, crash data, and general usage events. This information helps us maintain the app, understand performance, detect errors, and improve reliability.
When you make an in-app purchase, payment is processed by Apple through the App Store. Jehero may receive purchase confirmation, transaction status, product identifiers, receipt information, and related records needed to unlock coins or other purchased digital items.

- to provide image import, editing, history, preview, and export features;
- to process App Store purchase status and unlock purchased digital items;

Apple handles App Store downloads, in-app purchases, refunds, and payment processing under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. Jehero does not receive your full payment card information from Apple.
6. Retention and Local Records
Photos, edited files, saved history, and export results may remain on your device unless you delete them or remove the app. Support messages and operational records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain the app, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Purchase and diagnostic records may be retained as needed to verify transactions, prevent fraud, maintain records, and comply with App Store requirements.
7. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You can control which photos or files you import into Jehero through iOS permissions and file selection tools. You may delete app content from your device using app features, iOS storage controls, or by uninstalling the app.
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other assistance with information that we control. Some records may need to be retained when required for security, legal, purchase verification, or dispute resolution purposes.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through Jehero. No method of storage, transmission, or processing is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Jehero is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International Processing
Jehero may be used globally. Information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate, and those places may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live.
